Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 is about Saving Rocket’s Life Reveals Marvel
If you’ve been wondering what exactly is the core theme storyline in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. Three, you don’t need to wonder anymore or speculate at that because Marvel Studio’s official synopsis for the upcoming third entry into franchise reveals it’s about saving Rocket raccoon’s life.
So this comes at us directly from Disney, who recently had an update, of course, teasing what their next big film is all about. After Quantumania, obviously, Guardians of the Galaxy Volume Three is going to get a major marketing push as it’s the big summer kickoff film and it’s their big yearly May release.

So in the synopsis, they tease the Guardian’s third adventure and of course, what is going on with life on Nowhere, and they say. But unfortunately, their lives aren’t exactly going well as they find out that Rocket’s past is quickly going to catch up to him and that the team embarks on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life.
And that this mission is so dangerous it could potentially lead to the end of the Guardians of the Galaxy as we know them. So obviously, what we know about this film High Evolutionary is key here. He’s the villain. High Evolutionary was obviously involved with the creation of Rocket. My guess is that most creatures that he worked on have some sort of dead set expiration date and they’re going to be racing against the clock.
This is going to put them literally on a collision path with him. But also Gamora has to play into this and of course, Adam Warlock is after them as well. So we can see how multiple big pieces that have been set up are all sort of converge at this one point in this one film.
And it sounds pretty incredible. And it’s awesome that they are teasing and more or less confirming. Yeah, Rocket is really one of the main characters of this. It’s been rumored, it’s been hinted at. James Gunn has said it, but people haven’t believed it, but now it’s in the official synopsis. So it’s awesome to know we’re going to get way more on Rocket, which again, has been hinted at since really the first Guardians film.
Very early on, James Gunn was saying, by the time we’re done the trilogy, there’s going to be a bigger emphasis on Rocket. Now we know it’s here, I’m excited to see what they have to do, and I’m really excited to see who’s going to be
the remaining Guardians because it seems like that, well, we’re definitely going to lose, I think at least two, by the sounds of it. So Drax and who knows who else.
