Jason Momoa’s Aquatic Adventure Takes a Thrilling Turn: DC Unleashes Exciting News on Aquaman’s Future

We have eagerly been awaiting some sort of announcement in relation to Peter Saffron or James Gunn confirming what’s going to go on with Jason momoa. Is he going to play Aquaman? Is he going to play Lobo? Is he completely out, or is he going to play both characters? Well, the decision hasn’t been made yet, but it’s all possible.

So this comes at us from Peter Saffron, the co CEO of DC Studios. And he was talking about the future of the DCU, the announcements that they just made, and of course, he was asked about Jason momoa status. Momoa has been talking about how happy he is and in regards to the new announcements and of course, what’s coming, what he’s been told that he’s super jazzed about this dream project.

We still don’t have an update on that. We don’t even have an update on Jason’s future. So Saffron was directly asked about it and he replied with the fact that he knows. And after talking to Jason momoa, jason was always dead set on making Aquaman a trilogy. At the same time, he also really wants to play Lobo.

 So Saffron says that a decision has not been made just yet, but that a decision will be made. And whatever that decision is, that’s exactly what they’re going to deliver. So it sounds like that it’s all up to Jason, really. Does he want to do Aquaman Three? Well, then Aquaman is staying. It’s going

to be the same character that Jason has been playing in this new universe. Or does Jason want to jump on and play Lobo? Well, then he’s going to play Lobo and we’re going to reboot Aquaman. So it’s sort of an interesting scenario to be in. If it was up to me, honestly, and I think the fans would want this as well, just get him as Lobo. He should honestly play Lobo.

 I think he’s perfect for that role. He was always perfect for that role. If you go back to Stargate from there, Stargate at Lancet, I should be clear, he was perfect even as Conan. He kind of just embodies that character, aquaman just reboot it for the sake of being fresh.

Also, maybe a little bit more how do I say this? A little bit more into the DCU as it is in the new universe, right? So we don’t have holdover, so they can kind of reinvent it, what it looks like and all these concepts and just kind of go crazy with it. So I think they should honestly make decision soon and make some sort of announcement. But it’s probably

going to have to wait until Aquaman Two is out because they don’t want to muddy the waters and tell people, hey, this home doesn’t matter anymore.
